With almost 49 grams of residual sugar the 2013 Kabinett Tradition is analytically sweet but if you taste it it is just on the border from dry to sweet. What a delicious, quaffable wine this is! Harvested with 88° Oechsle it ended up with 8.5% of alcohol and introduces itself as a piquant-scented Riesling with ripe Riesling berry flavors along with iron-like minerals. Alone this natural bouquet is simply excellent and leads to a lighthearted yet flavored, intense, extremely succulent and stimulating not to mention perfectly balanced Riesling.
