(95+) The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Hershey Vineyard comes from a Howell Mountain vineyard at an 1,800-foot elevation. The classic Howell Mountain Cabernet characteristics of rich mulberry and blackberry fruit allied to graphite and earth are all present in this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that spent 26 months in French oak of which 93% was new. Low-acid, plump, fleshy and sexy, this is a gorgeous wine, but relatively limited with only 280 cases produced. Drink it over the next 15-20 years.
