The bouquet is well defined with scents of acacia honey and even a little walnut developing with aeration in the glass. The palate is well balanced on the entry with orange rind and a slight waxy texture, although I was hoping for a little more weight and structure, but I think this is just a little clammed up for the moment. It's a very fine Mont de Milieu, but it needs 2-3 years to really show its mettle. - Neal Martin collapse

Vibrant aromas of lemon zest and white flowers. More penetrating and tensile than the Sécher; less creamy but more structured and powerful. Finishes quite tight, with adamant minerality and a strong citrus zest element. - Stephen Tanzer collapse

The fine bouquet delivers scents of green apple, lemon, flinty minerality, dried flowers and a topnote of lemongrass. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, pure and very elegant in profile, with a good core, bright acids and a long, complex and zesty finish. Very classy juice. collapse
