Full-bodied, intense and rich on the palate, with loads of extract and minerals, this is a quite powerful but pure and salty, highly elegant, tension-filled dry Riesling with pebbles rolling over the palate. The finish is long and complex, very intense and fresh. However, the Ganz Horn needs its time to achieve its full greatness. - Stephan Reinhardt

Saliva-inducing salinity lends the exuberant and refreshingly prolonged finish mouthwatering appeal. Neither a discreetly stony undertone nor piquancy of peach kernel can pull this very far in the direction of austerity, but both lend fascinating counterpoint. -- David Schildknecht
