On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and deep, with a rich chassis of tannin and almost chewy concentration, underpinned by good acids. Patience will be required while the tannins melt, but this will develop into an excellent Corton in the fullness of time.- WK collapse

The palate is ripe and tart on the entry, offering plenty of graphite-infused black fruit, and ends in a slightly abrupt finish. Hopefully this will fill out with further bottle age, and given its impressive showing from barrel, I believe it will. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.- NM collapse
