Here is where all of the botrytis in their Wehlen vineyards went, reported Constantin Richter. Hints of honey and yeasty white bread on the nose point to that botrytis, while scents of apple jelly and vanilla anticipate the luscious amalgam that follows on the palate. White peach syrup and vanilla cream add richness, and an influx of fresh lime contributes juiciness and animation while preserving a remarkable sense of harmony.
