Very deep purple-black in color, it comes charging out of the glass with boisterous crème de cassis, black cherry compote and blueberry pie notions with hints of fruitcake, potpourri and aniseed plus wafts of dried herbs and black soil. Big, rich, full and seductive with bags of spicy black fruit preserves layers and a plush texture, it finishes with a lovely menthol lift. 565 cases produced. - LPB
