Composed of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate gives a deep garnet-purple color and fragrant nose of crushed black cherries and blueberries with suggestions of violets, dark chocolate and cinnamon stick plus a waft of cigar box. Blueberries, cassis, vanilla bean and spring flower notes all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, silky, incredibly elegant 2015 that has integrated acidity, a supple, charming style, and sweet tannin. It’s ready to go but will keep for 15+ years.
