Pale salmon color.. The nose is a beguiling mix of wild strawberries, yellow orchard fruit, broken stone, lemon oil and a hint of potpourri. On the palate this is a by no means a ‘simple rose’. Though decidedly refreshing, it presents a satisfying density and complexity anchored by brilliant acidity and a creamy, round mouthfeel. The orchard fruit is most pronounced on the front-end, transitioning seamlessly to a long, mineral-driven and savory finish.
