This latest release sports a slightly tweaked label and different coloured capsule, although the wine is much the same; a crisp, bone-dry sauvignon blanc with passion fruit and tropical fruit balanced by capsicum, lemongrass and grapefruit zest. A moderately weighty wine with crisp acidity driving a lengthy finish.

The 2016 vintage has a subtle garden pea, asparagus and citrus nose. It is clean, crisp and punchy in the mouth, with a saline quality to the intense citrus and gooseberry fruit.
