Produced with the same impeccable standards and winemaking pedigree for which Pahlmeyer is known, Jayson wines are at once luxurious and instantly approachable. The wines are expertly made from select vineyard blocks and barrels, each with a style all their own. The new label showcases the wines’ pedigree and distinction.

The Jayson Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% varietal Cabernet, coming from four Napa Valley vineyards including Pahlmeyer estate. It’s fermented in tank, basket-pressed and aged 17 months in 65% new French oak.
