Fermented and matured in stainless steel for 18 months, the 2017 Muskat Ottonel Trockenbeerenauslese No 3 Zwischen den Seen offers a super clear, bright, refined and ethereal bouquet of Muscat aromas, lemon peel, flowers, herbs, crushed seeds, spices and stones. What precision here again, similar to the TBA No 1 Scheurebe. Can we resist? Juicy, round and fruity on the elegant, piquant and aromatic palate, this is another highly refined and delicate TBA from Gerhard Kracher. The finish is fresh, piquant and salty and remarkably precise. Another great TBA. Bottled with 7.5% alcohol and 243.6 grams per liter of residual sugar. Tasted in March 2020.- SR
