Decanter, January 2020
Enticing candied citrus fruit and spice with an exquisite mineral undertone; super clean and tense with a sumptuous texture and a long, harmonious finish.

Together, they account for 4.83 acres, the vines planted between 1983 and 1996, farmed under biodynamics. This wine spends 18 months in oak barrels, one-third new, taking its bold and exotic fruit in the direction of fresh cream, pistachio and hazelnut. The flavors have the yellow tartness of Buddha’s hand citrus and underripe pineapple, their zingy apple and mineral-tinged acidity tending to the sophisticated richness of the wine. It’s juicy as you breath in, tense as you breath out.

The palate is well balanced with quite a rich and generous opening, counterbalanced by a fine thread of acidity and an almost effervescent, orange sorbet finish. Very fine.- NM

Wine Spectator, September 2020
Lean yet intense, driven by racy acidity. Matchstick, bread dough, lemon and graphite notes ply the sleek frame. Winds down with lime blossom and smoke accents. Best from 2021 through 2026. – BS
