The 2018 Cotes de Provence Rose Elegance is a blend of 40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 20% Syrah, fermented and aged (briefly) in stainless-steel tanks. Like many of the better 2018 rosés, it offers plenty of flavor and intensity, with hints of crushed stone accenting red currants and grapefruit. It's light to medium-bodied, with red berries and lime on the bold finish. - JC
