The wine is fermented in stainless steel tank for 3 weeks followed by 36 months ageing in oak barrel (slavonian). Finally the bottle ageing will last a minimum of 6 months. Andrea Briccarello: Balsamic, ethereal and complex. Very juicy with plenty of spices and dark cherries, blackberries and violets undertones. Great texture and tannins. Plenty of cherry stone and dark spices notes. Textbook. Michael Garner: Dark garnet-toned ruby. High-toned nose of black cherry and crushed peppercorns with hints of chocolate and coffee. Big round and full with fair freshness of juicy fruit flavours. Balanced and long with cedary finish. Ben Robson: Divine berry aromas, promises much, deep succulent fruit, fine texture, lovely fruit.
