The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Ines offers a brighter, lifted style that carries complex black raspberry and darker cassis as well as hints of tobacco, violets, and mint. This full-bodied effort is nicely balanced and has silky tannins as well as a pretty, elegant yet also concentrated style that will evolve for 15+ years or more.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Ines is composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon coming from Houyi and Tench vineyards, blended with 12.5% Cabernet Franc from Sugarloaf Mountain vineyard. Deep garnet-purple colored, it comes skipping out of the glass with vivacious scents of black and red cherries, chocolate mint and red rose notes with an earthy undercurrent. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is elegantly styled with tons of earthy and mineral nuances, supported by soft tannins, finishing with great length. 165 cases were made.- LPB
