Based primarily on the 2017 vintage, with 25% each from 2016 and 2012, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Brut comes from the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, and Oger and spent five years on the lees before disgorgement. Pouring a bright yellow-silver hue, it is aromatic with lemon peel, wet stone, and fresh pear. Medium-bodied, with a lively mousse, it’s electric with notes of crisp green apple through the palate. Its bright and energetic style has a crystalline feel and a chalky texture on the finish. Drink 2024-2030. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. - Audrey Frick
