Firm and lightly toasty this offers ripe flavors of quince paste candied orange peel grilled nuts and ground ginger. Shows fine balance and a pleasant juiciness that builds to the mouthwatering finish. Drink now through... The non-vintage Brut bottling from Piper-Heidsieck has improved immeasurably since Régis Camus came over from Charles Heidsieck to take the reins at Piper, and this most recent release may well be the finest to date... The non-vintage Brut bottling from Piper-Heidsieck has improved immeasurably since Régis Camus came over from Charles Heidsieck to take the reins at Piper, and this most recent release may well be the finest to date. The cépages for the current release is a blend of fifty-five percent pinot noir, thirty percent pinot meunier and fifteen percent chardonnay, and includes nearly twenty-five percent reserve wines this year. The nose jumps from the glass in a stylish and vibrant mélange of apple, pear, lemon zest, fresh-baked bread and a lovely base of soil. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, bright and quite elegant, with a good core, refined mousse, crisp, well-integrated acids and lovely length and grip on the focused finish. Fine juice and one of the very best values to be found for non-vintage Brut. Piper is all the way back mes amis! 2014-2030.

The quality of this nonvintage wine from Piper-Hedsieck is a sign of the increasing quality of the range as a whole. It’s a wine that hovers comfortably between freshness and maturity, between a soft dosage and crisp... The quality of this nonvintage wine from Piper-Hedsieck is a sign of the increasing quality of the range as a whole. It’s a wine that hovers comfortably between freshness and maturity, between a soft dosage and crisp fresh apples. This bottling is ready to drink.
