Burghound, October 2016

A relatively discreet if very pretty nose reluctantly offers up notes of yeast, green apple, lemon peel and a hint of mandarin orange. There is a lovely texture to the distinctly tension-filled and well-delineated flavors...

jamessuckling.com, October 2016

The wood has worked some magic here, adding a savory edge to otherwise sweetly fragrant fruits, dried flowers, almonds and peachy chardonnay fruits. The palate, meanwhile, has plenty of flavoursome peach and lemon-citrus...

Vinous, November 2021

The NV Cuvée No. 739 Disgorgement Tardif, the 2011 edition in its second release, is a fine effort for a year that was so challenging for Champagne. Orange peel, dried flowers, hazelnut, licorice and spice are all...

Jacquesson is a champagne house with land holdings in two main areas - the Grande Vallee de la Marne (Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers) and the Cote des Blancs (Avize and Oiry). 80% of their grapes are estate, the rest coming from neighbors located in the same Crus. Traditional growing techniques and manual harvesting is practiced. Vinification is carried out in oak casks to allow the wine to breathe. Fermentation usually lasts for three to four months.

In addition to four single vineyard wines, Champagne Jacquesson, produces the Cuvee 700 range- blended wine coming from their three Grand Crus and two Premier Crus holdings. There is also a Cuvee 700 Degorgement Tardif which is aged for nine years before release.
