The production secrets and the vinification method of this cuvee go back to the origins of the House of Billecart-Salmon and have been handed down for seven generations. The Brut Rose is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine.

Its pale and bright pink color is adorned with warm glints of gold, and its delicate slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. This cuvee unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red fruits and zest of citrus fruits. Its special method of vinification gives this cuvee a light, elegant flavor, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. This rose champagne is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavors.

The NV Billecart-Salmon Rose [Champagne Blend] 375 is a well-regarded rosé champagne that has captured the attention of numerous professional reviewers. Produced in France's Champagne region by Billecart-Salmon, this wine boasts a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with an alcohol content of 12.0%. It is notable for its pale salmon color and is sealed with a cork closure.

Wine Spectator awarded this champagne a score of 93, praising its "sleek and finely knit" profile, "satiny mousse," and flavors of "white raspberry, peach skin, blanched almond, and oyster shell." He described it as "sleek, dry, and fresh," with "tight bubbles" and a "very clear finish." He also mentioned that the base wine is from 2020, with 46% reserve wine.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate rated this wine a slightly lower but still impressive 91, noting its "seamless and enveloping core of fruit" and "lively, fine-boned profile." The reviewer, William Kelley, mentioned it is based on the 2018 vintage and incorporates 40% reserve wines and 6% still red wine, with aromas of "sweet red berries, peonies, stone fruits, white cherries, freshly baked bread, and spices."

Decanter also gave it a score of 91, describing it as "floral and citrussy" and noting its "lithe, graceful balance." They pointed out its "delicate, subtly expansive flavors of raspberry and strawberry" enlivened by "tangerine-like acidity."
