Bright and fresh on the palate with juicy acidity lifting the ripe citrus and mineral flavors. The finish is long and pure with rising but noble tannins. A very refined white wine.

A soft full style with a hint of pear backing mouthwatering kaffir lime and kiwifruit notes. Features a quinine streak on the finish.-J.M.

It gains intensity with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a crisp entry well-integrated oak although I was seeking more tension and personality towards the finish. Perhaps this will offer more after bottling because it has good substance.

Planted atop mostly gravel soils with a clay-limestone sand substrate. Bright and focused on the nose with dominant notes of beeswax followed by high-toned citrus aromas. On the palate shows a little leanness but fresh white grapefruit flavors and high-toned notes of gooseberry culminating with a moderate clean finish. Enjoy upon release and over the following 5-7 years.
