It has beautifully subtle autolysis on the palate, deepening into notes of creamy apple crumble, Golden Delicious and Mirabelle plum, while remaining utterly strait-laced. Elegance, length and absolute freshness are inherent and quietly convincing. The bouquet is bright and expressive, delivering scents of apple, white peach, a fine base of minerality, fresh-baked bread and a touch of caraway seed in the upper register. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, complex and nicely balanced, with bright acids, refined mousse and lovely length and grip on the complex and vibrant finish. This bottle was drunk in a restaurant in Reims in March, so I do not have the technical details on this release. But, it is very tasty. collapse

James Suckling - jamessuckling.com, September 2019
This is very fresh and has attractively flavorful, punchy fruit presence, in a very pure mode. Strawberries and grapefruit and some pastry and spiced-biscuit to close. Drink now.

Crisp, dry and resonant, the Grande Réserve offers lovely textural depth to play off the more mineral-driven notes that are so typical of the Gosset house style. All the elements come together nicely in this effortless, gracious mid-weight Champagne. This is very nicely done. Disgorged on April 26, 2017. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. collapse

Full-bodied, dry and very fresh, this is a firm, complex, finessed, fruity, round and stimulating cuvée with a good, tight and slightly salty finish. An excellent aperitif and wine for starters. - Stephan Reinhardt collapse

Wine Enthusiast - Wine Enthusiast, December 2019
With some bottle age, this is a toasty, ripe wine. Perfumed and full of apple fruits as well as the more mature flavors, it is a great nonvintage cuvée. Drink now. - ROGER VOSS
